General Information
Room sharing
Most participants will be sharing their room with another participant. Assignments have been prearranged and hotels/guesthouse have been given the corresponding lists.
Payment
If your accommodation is covered by the school, you either need to pay for your entire stay yourself and get reimbursed later, or pay only for the nights outside the normal duration of the school (the school will pay the hotel directly for your stay between 17/12 to 22/12). You should have received an email detailing your particular financial arrangement (if you have doubts, contact the organizers). If you are reimbursed, please don’t forget to collect a receipt for your payment. If you only need to pay for the additional nights, please do not forget to do so before or at check-out.
Forchheimer guesthouse
The Forchheimer guesthouse is located inside the campus (see map), about 1 minute drive / 5 minute walk from the main gate to the Technion and across from the pool complex/sports center.
The reception is open Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 to 15:00. If you are arriving outside business hours, you will need to pick up your key from the security office at the main gate and check-in later. If you need to pay for any nights yourself, please do so by Thursday.
The guesthouse does not serve breakfast, but the school’s 8:30-9:00 coffee session will include plenty of breakfast items (and coffee).

Forchheimer single 60USD/night.
Forchheimer shared 30USD/night.
Beth Shalom / Dan Panorama Hotel
Both the Beth Shalom and the Dan Panorama hotel are located in the central Carmel center neighborhood (see map), one across from each other. It’s about 20 minutes drive to/from campus. Both hotels operate 24/7. Breakfast is included with your stay.
Costs:
Beth Shalom single 84USD/night.
Beth Shalom shared 55USD/night.
Dan Panorama single 150USD/night.
